Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days. Additional charges apply and are calculated at checkout.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination. Shipping charges and delivery estimates will be provided at checkout.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Decor Raja is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Delivery Policy

- Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
2. Delays
- If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
3. Damages
- Decor Raja is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
